Alfred Dugan

Obituary Alfred Richard Dugan, age 87, of Garber, IA, died Wednesday, July 24, 2019. He was born on March 13, 1932, in Arlington IA, the son of John and Mable (Smith) Dugan. For over 20 years, Richard worked for Rath Packing in Waterloo then took on farming in rural Garber for many years after until his retirement. He had a passion for stock car racing, going to flee markets and farming. Richard is survived by his children, Leroy (Marsha) Dugan, Dennis (Cathy) Dugan, Lynn (Bernard) Jaster, Cindy (Arnie) Ingles, Duane (Shelly) Dugan, Mike (Connie) Dugan & Bill (Becky) Dugan; 19 grandchildren, 35 great grandchildren and one great great grandchild. He was preceded in death by his parents; wife; grandson, Travis Ingles and 2 brothers.
