Alo Moser

Alo Irene (Mahowald) Moser was born the daughter of William and Louisa (Tuecke) Mahowald, April 17, 1919, near Clayton, Iowa. She died Sunday, August 1, 2010, at Guttenberg Care Center. Alo graduated from the Guttenberg High School and was a homemaker for many years. On January 29, 1946, she was united in marriage with Glendor Moser at St. Johns Lutheran Church. Alo taught country school, worked for the American Pearl Button Co., Utah Speaker Co., high school cook, and she and Glen were custodians at St. Johns Church for many years. Survivors include three sons, Joseph Moser, Roger (Barbara) Moser, and Alan (Tina Bolsinger) Moser all of Guttenberg; three grandchildren, Amy (Alan) Vonderhaar, Hannah Moser, and Nicholas Moser; and one great-grandson, Landon Vonderhaar. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, and two sisters, Ruth Heitman and Helen Herboldsheimer.Visitation: Wednesday 9:00 - 11:00 A.M.
