Ardith Anderegg

Ardith (Hempeler) Anderegg age 63, of Guttenberg, IA, died Thursday, June 14, 2007, at Mercy Medical Center in Dubuque. She was born the daughter of Arlyn and Lena (Stickfort) Hempeler on January 18, 1944 in McGregor Iowa. Ardith graduated from the Garnavillo High School in 1962 and was a homemaker for many years. She also worked for the Garnavillo Savings bank. On June 10, 1967 she was united in marriage with Roger Anderegg at St. Peters Church in Garnavillo. Ardith was a member of TOPS, Sara Circle; she was chairman of the WELCA board and a lifelong member of 4-H. She enjoyed being involved with the fair, bowling, traveling, shopping and spending time with her family. She will be remembered by her husband Roger; one daughter, Donna (David) Schuster and one son, Mark Anderegg; two grandchildren, Collin and Connor; mother Lena Hempeler; three sisters, Arlene Ries of Rock Island, Ill., Audrey (Russell) Haught of Iowa City, Ann (Dan) Walther of Garnavillo. She was preceded in death by her Father Arlyn; two brothers, Aaron and Allen.Visitation: Sunday 4:00 - 8:00 P.M.
