Beth Overman

Survivors include her husband, Dennis, 2 sons: David and Paul both of Dyersville; her father and step-mother, Dave (Alice) Tauke of Dyersville; siblings: Doug (Kathy) Tauke, Dan (Sue) Tauke both of Dyersville, Deb Grattan of Cedar Falls, IA, Diane (Craig) Reid of Marion, IA, Sue (Dr. Larry) Ellingson of Iowa City, IA, and Sandy (Rick) Isenhart of Littleton, CO; brothers & sisters-in-law: Don (Diane) Overman and Lori (Gary) Wessels all of Dyersville, Jim Overman of Lisbon, IA, and Wayne (Linda) Overman of Murfreesboro, TN. She was preceded in death by her mother, Joan and sister-in-law, Suzanne Overman. Beth was born on May 3, 1959, in Dubuque, Iowa, the daughter of David and Joan (Moorman) Tauke. She married Dennis J. Overman on August 1, 1981 in Dyersville, Iowa. She worked as a dental assistant for Dr. Larry Donahue for over 20 years. Beth enjoyed life, especially water sports, gardening, golf, and being with friends and family. Most of all she was a fantastic wife & mother. Friends may call from 2 - 9 p.m. Monday, September 1, 2008, at Kramer Funeral Home in Dyersville where a parish scripture service will be held at 2 p.m.
