Blanche Staebler

Blanche Violet (Bolsinger) Staebler, age 93, of Colesburg, died Friday, July 4, 2014, at Edgewood Convalescent Home in Edgewood surrounded by her family. Blanche was born to Frank and Alta (Cole) Bolsinger on August 15, 1920, in Colesburg. She was born the 7th out of 12children. She attended school in the Colesburg area. Blanche married Joseph Staebler on April 27, 1939. One daughter, Lois was born to the union. They farmed together throughout their married life near Millville. Her husband Joseph passed away in December 1983, and Daughter Lois passed away in May 2014. Blanche enjoyed playing cards and spending time with her family and friends, especially if it involved dancing and having a good time.
