Calvin Lee Woodard

Calvin “Cal” Woodard, 74, of Monticello, passed away Sunday, January 17, 2021, at home, surrounded by his family. A visitation for Cal will be held from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Friday, January 22, 2021 at Kramer Funeral Home in Monticello. Calvin was born in Ottumwa, IA on November 12, 1946 the son of Charles and Doris (Dowd) Woodard. He married Dee Hyde on July 5, 1980 at St. Matthew Lutheran Church in Monticello. Cal loved fishing, woodworking and spending time with his grandkids. Survivors include his wife Dee, children: Kim (Kipp) Haverly of Anamosa, Stacy (Bob) Krumviede of Hopkinton, Stephanie (Matt) Pumphrey of Anamosa, Sara (Andy) Werner of Hopkinton, 6 grandchildren: Kenyon Haverly of Anamosa, Morgan Krumviede of Hopkinton, DeeAnna and Paige Pumphrey of Anamosa, Aiden and Addison Werner of Hopkinton, and many siblings. He was preceded in death by his parents, siblings, Susan Woodard, Carolyn Simmons and Mike Woodard.
