Charlotte Baril

Charlotte Baril, age 82, of Guttenberg, IA, died Monday, August 15, 2011, at the Guttenberg Care Center. She was born on August 3, 1929, in Guttenberg, the daughter of Byron and Roma (Bittner) Minger. Charlotte graduated from the Guttenberg High School in 1946 and later received her college degree from the University of Dubuque. On November 26, 1949, she was united in marriage with Leo Baril at the United Methodist Church in Guttenberg. For many years, Charlotte traveled all over the world with her husband though his work while she made a home for the two of them wherever in the world that may have been. She was a long time member of the literary club, Ingleside and the Eastern Star. Charlotte is survived by several cousins and many friends.
