Constance E. Weber

COLESBURG, IOWA

Constance E. Weber, 83, of Colesburg, Iowa passed away Wednesday, March 26, 2025, at MercyOne Senior Care in Dyersville, Iowa.

Visitation will begin at 8:30 a.m. on Saturday, March 29, 2025, at St. Patrick Parish Center in Colesburg. Funeral Mass will commence at 10 a.m. at St. Patrick Catholic Church in Colesburg with burial in the church cemetery. Rev. John Haugen will officiate.

Constance was born on October 31, 1941, in Colesburg, Iowa, the daughter of Arnold and Marie (Lansing) Weber. She was a CNA for many years and received the Caring Heart Award from Finley Home Care, a testament to her love and care for her patients.

She loved to travel and explore, especially her trips to Europe and Hawaii. She was very joyous and full of love for all she knew and met. In her free time, she enjoyed art, poetry, reading, and history. She loved all animals, but had an unbreakable bond with her horses she adored for several years. Constance cherished her siblings, parents, and all of her nieces and nephews.

Survivors include her in-laws: Dick Haupert, Mary Weber, Deb Weber, in-laws: Betty Weber; and several nieces & nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents; siblings: Joseph Weber, Catherine (Roland) Westhoff, Alice (Charles) Nurre, Donna (John) Kruse, Joan (Ray) Nurre, Joe Weber, Angeline Haupert, Jim Weber, and John Weber.

The family would like to thank staff at MercyOne Senior Care, Hospice of Dubuque, and Ellen Kennedy Living Center for their compassionate care.

She will be greatly missed by all, but especially by her family and loving nieces and nephews.
