Deborah Tegeler

Deborah L. Tegeler, 57, of Dyersville, Iowa died Tuesday evening, December 16, 2014 at Mercy Medical Center, Dyersville, Iowa. Friends may call from 2:00 - 8:00 p.m. Friday, Dec. 19, 2014, at Kramer Funeral, Home, 750 12th Ave SW in Dyersville where a Vigil Service will be held at 2 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 20, 2014, at St. Francis Xavier Basilica in Dyersville with burial in the church cemetery. Rev. Dennis Quint will officiate. Deb was born November 30, 1957, in Manchester, Iowa, the daughter of Aloysius and Dorothy (Weber) Neuhaus. She graduated from Beckman High School with the class of 1976. She married Mark Tegeler on July 2, 1988, in Dyersville, Iowa. She has filled many roles at Scherrman's Implement for the past 38 years. Deb loved her flower gardens and spending time on the lake with her grandchildren, family and friends. She was passionate about playing and organizing Bingo at St. Francis Xavier. Survivors include her husband, Mark "Lumpy", one daughter, Jodi Tegeler of Minneapolis, MN, step son, Jeff (Tenille) Tegeler of Shawnee, KS, 2 grandchildren: Max and Maddie Tegeler, a step-grandson, Randall Wingert, her father, Al Neuhaus of Dyersville, 2 sisters: Diane (Dave) Schuster of Dyersville and Lori (Randy) Digmann of Baraboo, WI, several brothers and sisters in law and many wonderful nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her mother, Dorothy Neuhaus in 2012, both paternal and maternal grandparents, her parents-in-law, Earl and Rosie Tegeler, and one of her best friends, Lisa Brueckner.
