Donald C. Bailey

Obituary Donald Bailey, 79, passed away Wed. June 10 at the Guttenberg Rehab and Care Center. Cremation rites have been accorded thru Tueke-Allyn Funeral Home in Guttenberg, IA, services will be determined at a later date. He was born Jan. 11, 1941 to Charles and Rosalie(Gile) Bailey. He married to Sandra(Neuroth) on Sept. 22, 1962. Don worked at Fisher Controls for 40 yrs. He was a member of the Catholic Order of Foresters and a Life member of the Knights of Columbus. Don and Sandy moved from Marshalltown to Guttenberg, IA(summer) and San Juan, TX(winter). Don enjoyed golfing, camping and fishing. He also enjoyed spending time with his family and teasing his grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Don is survived by his wife, Sandy, his 2 sons; Jerry Bailey of McLouth, KS and Terry Bailey of Basehor, KS. His grandchildren, Nathan(Anna) Bailey, Terrance(Hannah) Bailey, Ashley Bailey, Kayla(Chris) Faucette, Tiara Bailey, Teriauna Bailey. Also his great-grandchildren Allison, Taylor, Lola, Gracie, Cash, Madison, Price, Tucker and one more on the way.
