Survivors include one sister, Marcella Kramer of Stonehill Care Center, Dubuque, Iowa, and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by three brothers: Lawrence, Sylverious, Emil, and three sisters: Mildred Rausch, Lorene Engler and Salome Gudenkauf. Dora was born on June 10, 1900 in Worthington, Iowa, the daughter of John S. and Elizabeth (Mairose) Jaeger. She was a clergy housekeeper for 57 years. She enjoyed flower gardening and received statewide recognition as the "Flower Lady of Belmond" in the Des Moines Register in 1977. She has received numerous papal and archdiocesan blessings for her many years of service to the priesthood.
