Eldora Duwe

Obituary Eldora Henrietta Hilda Duwe, age 95, of Guttenberg, IA, died Tuesday, December 8, 2020, at Guttenberg Care Center. She was born on the family farm near St. Olaf on May 31, 1925, the daughter of Milo and Elvera (Wahls) Fuelling. Eldora graduated from the Guttenberg High School and worked for the Guttenberg School for many years preparing meals for all the children. On May 3, 1945, Eldora married her high school sweetheart Duwane Duwe. Eldora entered heaven leaving behind her husband of 75 years Duwane; 2 daughters, Dottie (Douglas) Nefzger & Diane (Chris) Juran; 4 grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren; daughter in law Dianne Duwe and many other relatives and friends. Eldora was preceded in death by her parents; daughter Doris in infancy; son Dennis Duwe and his first wife Rosalie Duwe; 2 grandsons, Mark & Paul Duwe and brother Elwood Fuelling. Services Because of the Corona Virus 19 Concerns, There will be a Private Family Funeral.
