Evelyn B Walter

Evelyn Bertha Sophia (Tuecke) Walter was born the daughter of Louis and Emma (Blietz) Tuecke on July 6, 1914 on the family farm near Ceres Church. She died Friday, December 2, 2005, at the Guttenberg Care Center. Evelyn received her education from the Ceres Country School, and used her skills working for Muters Co Original Enders Co., and she was a homemaker for many years. On August 21, 1934 Evelyn was united in marriage with Irvin Walter at the Trinity Lutheran Church in Guttenberg. In her spare time she enjoyed; reading, playing cards, baking, playing scrabble, solitaire and working with the Ladies Aid. Evelyn will be missed by her daughter, Madeline (Douglas) Borrett of Manchester; one son, Vernon Walter of Perry; five grandchildren, Christine (Charles) Cornelius, Julianne Forrest, John (Michelle) Walter, Michael (Aura Leigh) Borrett and Mark Borrett; five great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Irvin and one brother Everd Louis Tuecke.Visitation: 4:00-6:00P.M.
