Freddie Lahrs

Freddie E. Lahrs was born the son of Fred and Ella (Vogt) Lahrs on May 12, 1919, on the home farm near Clayton Center. He died Wednesday, April 26, 2006, at the Guttenberg Care Center. Freddie received his education from the local country school and farmed for many years. On February 12, 1942 he was united in marriage with Roma Heins in Guttenberg. In his free time Freddie enjoyed fishing, playing cards, watching the birds, traveling and spending time with family and friends. Freddie will be sadly missed by his wife Roma and several sisters and brothers in law along with many friends. He was preceded in death by his parents and one sister Irma in infancy.Visitation: Saturday 11:00 A.M.-1:00 P.M.
