Gary Friday

Gary Allen Friday was born the son of Harold and Velda (Wasserfort) Friday, November 27, 1944, in Independence, Iowa. He died Tuesday, October 25, 2005, at Glen Haven Township, Wisconsin. Gary graduated from Jesup High School in 1963, and was a 30-year employee of John Deere Waterloo Works, retiring in 1995. He was a member of UAW and enjoyed the river, fishing, bowling, and spending time with family and friends. On December 14, 1963, he was united in marriage with Linda McGrath at Grace Lutheran Church in Jesup. Survivors include his wife Linda; one daughter, Tracy (Bryan) Ciuffo of Bealeton, Virginia; one son, Dean (special friend, Charlene Clark) Friday of Guttenberg; his parents, Harold and Velda (Wasserfort) Friday of Ocala Florida; three granddaughters, Mikayla Ciuffo, Claire Friday, and Brianna Ciuffo; one sister, Vickie (special friend, Steve Shade) Leonard of Jacksonville, Florida; two brothers, Lowell (Trudy) Friday of Wyoming, Minnesota, and Wayne Friday of Hudson, Florida and many nieces, nephews and friends. He was preceded in death by his grandparents. Casket Bearers: Clark Collins, Virgil Collins, Ron Reisner, Doug McGuine, Don Neil, and Justin Blankenship. Honorary Bearers: T.J.
