Gerald 'Buzz' Groth

Obituary Gerald "Buzz" Groth, age 84, of Guttenberg, IA, died Thursday, May 13, 2021, at Guttenberg Care Center in Guttenberg, IA. He was born on July 11, 1936 on the home farm near Elkport IA, the son of George and Orvillda Groth. Buzz received his education in Garnavillo where he graduated with the class of 1954. Buzz loved classic cars, long drives, country music, barbecuing, WWE wrestling, stock car races, fishing, playing cards and making his friends and family laugh. Buzz is survived by his two children, Brenda (Korey) Godden & Bradley (Rhonda ONeill) Groth; grandson Josiah; 2 step grandchildren, Mazzy & Grayson Godden; sister, Helen Fabert and many other relatives and friends. Buzz was preceded in death by his parents; sister, Loretta Groth and brother Ronald Groth. Services No services to be held
