Gerald "Jerry" J. Andregg, age 75, of rural Garnavillo, IA, died Sunday, April 5, 2009, at University of Iowa Hospitals. He was the son of John and Georgiana (Dremmel) Andregg, born November 8, 1933, in Guttenberg. Jerry received his education locally and served his country in the United States Marine Corps. On April 18, 1955, he was united in marriage with Betty Kann at St. Marys Catholic Church in Guttenberg. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, gardening, and puzzles. He is survived by his wife, Betty; three daughters, Jorja Andregg-Janko of Marion, Doris (Kenny Mueller) Hoeger of Guttenberg, and Betsy (Dan) Roling of Cedar Falls; three sons, John Andregg of Garnavillo, Gerald "Jerry" (Heather) Andregg Jr. of Manchester, and Tim (Sara) Andregg of Garnavillo, four sisters, Anna Stevens of Dubuque, Ellen (Charles) Burdeaux of Denver, Colorado, Charlene Andregg of Guttenberg, and Fran Ulbrich of Guttenberg; one brother, Richard Andregg of Guttenberg; and one sister-in-law, Janice Andregg of Guttenberg.
