Irene Hansel

Irene M (Bolsinger) Hansel was born the daughter of Frank and Alta (Cole) Bolsinger May 5, 1930 in Graham. She died Sunday, October 2, 2005, at Regional Medical Center in Manchester. Irene graduated from the Colesburg High School in 1948 and was a homemaker for many years. She also utilized her working skills for several jobs throughout her life. In her free time she enjoyed gardening, working with her flowers, dancing, holidays, country bluegrass and polka music. Irene will be sadly missed by her son, Larry (Denise) Hansel of Colesburg; one daughter Kathy (Tim) Sherrets of Colesburg; two sisters, Helen (Corny) Cornwell of Greeley, and Blanche Stabler of Colesburg; one brother Elmer Bolsinger of Colesburg; six grandchildren, Robbie (Linda), Karen, Lindsey, Brittany, and Emily; five great-grandchildren, Matthew, Amanda, Donnie, Ryan and Leah. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, nine brothers and sisters and two sons, Gary and Robert.Visitation: 5:00-8:00 P.M.
