John Koch

John Junior Koch, age 63, of Caledonia, Minnesota, formerly of Marquette and Guttenberg, died Sunday, September 17, 2006, at his home in Caledonia. He was born the son of John and Edna (Whitaker) Koch, October 20, 1942. in Guttenberg. John received his education locally and was a welder & fabricator for many years. John loved the outdoor life; he loved to fish, hunt, camp, and most of all he loved spending time with his family. On April 16, 1969, he was united in marriage with Patricia Rowe in Kansas. He is survived by his wife, Patricia; two daughters, Debra (Dave) Wefler of Nederland, Texas and Irene (Newt) Doudney of Oelwein, Iowa; two sons, John (Lisa) Koch and John Henry Koch both of Caledonia, Minn.; sixteen grandchildren, Josh, David, Jessica, Charlene, Bobbie Jo, Cassie, Katherine, Tara, Jordan, Tesa, Ally, Bryton, Arich, JJ, Aadon, Aubrianna; three great-grandchildren, Issac, Jacob, and Isabella; one sister, Mary Horstman of Mc Gregor; and many friends.
