Jr William C Vogt

William C. Vogt, Jr. was born the son of William Vogt Sr. and Amelia (Hampton) Vogt, on January 19, 1920, in Glen Haven Wisconsin. He died Monday, July 11, 2005, at Guttenberg Municipal Hospital. William graduated from the St. Charles Catholic School in Cassville, Wisconsin and served his country in the Army during World War II. On September 12, 1945, William was united in marriage with Kathleen "Kay" Wachendorf. Together they raised seven children and farmed for many years. In his free time William enjoyed gardening, auctions, woodworking and being a member of the VFW in Cassville. William will be sadly missed by his three daughters, Karilyn (Luke) Smith, Trudy Vogt, and Emily (Dan) Mueller all of Guttenberg; three sons, Thomas (Shirley) Vogt, Sr., Todd Vogt, and Tim (Tricia Jo) Vogt all of Guttenberg; one son-in-law, Ronald Kulper of Guttenberg; eighteen grandchildren; twelve great-grandchildren; one twin brother, Robert (Carol) Vogt, of Cassville, Wisconsin three sisters, Theodora Martin, Geraldine Morley both of Cassville, Wisconsin, and Helen Frank Patcle of Potosi, Wisconsin; one sister-in-law, Maryann Cadwell, Cassville, Wisconsin He was preceded in death by his parents; wife; one daughter, Jill Kulper and three brothers, Raymond, Patrick, and Gerald.Visitation: 4:00-8:00 P.M.
