Larry Lakeman

Larry was born on December 31, 1969 in Dubuque, Iowa, the son of Richard and Mary Frances (Schueth) Lakeman. He married Melissa Wells on December 11, 1999 in Jamaica. Larry was a diehard Minnesota Vikings and Iowa Hawkeyes fan in spite of living in Indiana. He was owner of Indy Concrete Company Inc. in Carmel, IN. Survivors include his wife Melissa, a daughter Madison Rose both of Zionsville, IN, his parents Dick and Mary Frances Lakeman of Dyersville, one sister Caroline (Tim) Northrop of Arden Hills, MN, a brother Bill (special friend Leslie Pearson) of Fishers, IN, his godchildren: Grace Lakeman and Greg Northrop; nieces: Ellie, Mariah and Abbie Northrop, and nephews: Will Lakeman and Ben Northrop; his mother and father-in-law, Bob and Kathy Wells, a sister-in-law, Kari Broxson and a brother-in-law, Jim (Mia) Wells, nephews: Austin Broxson and Jackson Wells all of Noblesville, IN. and a very special friend and mentor, Eldie Weber of Zionsville, IN. He was preceded in death by his grandparents: William and Hilda Schueth and Charles and Sabina Lakeman. In lieu of flowers, a Larry Lakeman memorial fund has been established for his daughter Madison Rose.
