Linda Caspersen

Obituary Linda K. Dohse Caspersen, 68, of Garnavillo passed away unexpectedly on Friday, June 25th, 2021. Linda was born on February 19, 1953 to Robert and Iris (Frye) Dohse, she joined brothers Kevin and Mark. She grew up in McGregor, IA and graduated from MarMac High School in 1971. She received her Associates Degree in Accounting in 1973 at WWTC in LaCrosse, WI. In September of 1973 she was blessed with a son, Jeremy Carl. She was united in marriage to the love of her life, Ron Caspersen in October of 1979. In August of 1981 she was blessed with a daughter, Shelly Ann. Linda spend most of her working life as the City Clerk in Garnavillo, IA, finishing her working years at Top Gun Customs in Garnavillo. She enjoyed bowling and fishing, but what she really loved most was spending time with her grandchildren and family. Those left to cherish her memory are her loving husband Ron Caspersen of Garnavillo, IA, her children, Jeremy Dohse of McGregor, IA, Shelly Mack of Garnavillo, IA, her grandchildren, Jordan Kuhse, Braedyn Dohse, Tyler Dohse, Alexander Mack, twins Keylee and Kylee Caspersen, as well as her parents Robert and Iris Dohse of Clayton, IA, brother Kevin Dohse of Soldiers Grove, WI, as well as several aunts, uncles, cousins, and life long friends. Preceding her in passing, a brother Mark Dohse, grandson Matthew Crary, brother-in-law Rick Caspersen, Niece Kelsey Caspersen, Mother-in-Law Leola Brady, Fathers-in-law Irvin Caspersen and Pat Brady, as well as well as her grandparents and other family members.
