Lyle Tuecke

Lyle John Tuecke, age 50, of Mc Gregor, IA, died Saturday, February 2, 2013, at his home with his long time partner by his side. Lyle was born on May 13, 1962 in Guttenberg Iowa to Donald Sr. and Betty Jean (Miller) Tuecke. Lyle received his education from the Garnavillo School where he graduated with the class of 1980. After high school, Lyle received his A.A. from Iowa Lakes Community College. For the past 17 years, Lyle worked for Monona Wire where he was a stock room manager. Lyle loved having a good time with his friends, he always made people laugh and he truly enjoyed taking Carnival cruises with his partner Bill. Together theyve taken 11 cruises in the Caribbean in the past 11 years. Lyle is survived by his lifelong partner, Bill Enke; sister, Penny (Gary) Handke of Arlington, IA; brother, Donald (Pam) Tuecke, Jr. of Dubuque; one nephew, Todd (Karen) Tuecke; three nieces, Melissa Benson, Holly (Curt Canny)Sipes, Cassie (Charlie) Gruman; two sisters-in-law, Judy (Dennis) Paulus and Jeanne (Dan) Case; one brother-in-law, Bob Enke; special niece Penny (Dan) Schelberger and many other relatives and friends. Lyle was preceded in death by his parents and nephew Austin Benson.Memorial Service: Friday 11:00 A.M.
