Mary Jean Geuder

Mary Jean (Smith) Geuder was born the daughter of Raymond Smith and Mary (Louva) Smith on December 3, 1931. She passed on Sunday, February 13, 2005, at Guttenberg Municipal Hospital. Jean graduated from the Garnavillo High School and was a homemaker for several years. In her free time she enjoyed being a volunteer for the Guttenberg Civic Center and spending time with her grandkids putting puzzles together. Jean was also a member of the Legion Auxiliary. Those left to cherish her memory are her husband, Don; two sons, Michael (Lori) Geuder and Tom (Julie) Geuder both of Guttenberg; seven grandchildren, Todd, Holly, Jessica, Travis, Tim, Trent and Jade; three sisters, Betty Lou Reynolds of Dubuque, Donna Truedau of El Cajon CA and Ruth Combs of Garber. She was preceded in death by her parents, one sister, Margaret Johanson; four brothers, Francis, Lloyd, Asa and Keith Smith.Visitation: 9:00-11:00 A.M.
