Melissa Munoz

Melissa Jean (Yankuns) Munoz was born on March 2, 1979, in Danbury Connecticut to Edward and Maureen (Krambeer) Yankuns. She suddenly passed away at her home on June 18, 2014. Melissa graduated from the Guttenberg High School in 1997 but also attended many schools in her youth because her father was an Army Sgt. Those schools were in Texas, Georgia, Mainz Germany where she went to a German school in the 6th grade. Melissa attended Iowa Wy., in Mount Pleasant for a year and took some classes at the University of Iowa as well. She moved back to Guttenberg in 2004. Those left to cherish her memory are her daughter, Paige Munoz; parents, Ed and Maureen Yankuns, maternal grandfather, LDean Krambeer; uncles, Murray, Mickie, Marty and Matthew Krambeer; aunts, Monika, Donna, Jeannnie Krambeer and many cousins, great cousins and 1 great aunt Maxine Piere. She was preceded in death by her maternal grandmother, Betty Krambeer; Paternal grandparents and one uncle, Mitcheal Krambeer.The family has requested private services.
