Oliver Scott

Obituary Oliver Michael Scott was born on February 8, 2020 at 2:12 PM in Dubuque, Iowa. On February 9, Oliver passed away at the University of Iowa Hospital in his loving parents arms. During the short time Oliver was on Earth, he was surrounded by family and loved by all who met him. Oliver was born weighing 7 pounds 5 ounces, and 21 inches long. He had blondish brown hair, and the acclaimed Scott chin. Within the short time Oliver spent with his parents, it was easy to tell he would have been just like his father and had all the attributes to be an excellent football player. Oliver was able to open his eyes to see his mom and dad and hear their loving words before taking his last breath in their arms. He was wrapped in a special Harry Potter blanket, as his mother believed Oliver was the most magical gift. Oliver joins his great-grandparents Leonard Wubbena, Mary and Kenneth Scott, Wallace and April Finnegan, and Marvin Vaske in Heaven. He is survived by his parents, Christopher and Michelle Scott; his grandparents, Michael and Lynne Finnegan, Michael Scott, Angela and Brad Rusnak; his great-grandparents, Patricia Vaske, Joan Wubbena, Thomas and Penny Rusnak, and Ellen Bond; his aunts and uncles, Brianna Finnegan, Taylor Scott, Colton and Jessica Scott, and Trevor Rusnak; and his loving dog, Luna.
