Olivia and Max Rodenberg of Garnavillo Iowa were both called to heaven on March 27, 2011. They were both born at Finley Hospital in Dubuque Iowa to Ryan and Anna (Allendorf) Rodenberg. Olivia and Max were a pair of siblings who did not like to be separated. They would entertain and comfort one another. They both were attending Garnavillo Community Day Care and brought smiles to all who worked and attended. Olivia was very interested in music and loved to make up her own songs. Max was a very snuggly baby. He was very friendly and wouldnt shy from anyone. He had recently conquered walking and was at that stage of opening up each door, cabinet or drawer so he could take everything out. Olivia would like to collect her and Max's toys and many other objects in her collection of backpacks if something was missing most likely it would be in one her backpacks. She would always know if you tried to clean them out. Max always had a smile on his face, especially when Olivia was around. Olivia and Max enjoyed playing at the park, playing house, and looking at books together. She LOVED spending time with her Daddy. She always wanted Daddy to hold both her and Max together. She Loved helping take care of Max and was very protective over him. Olivia was very excited about going to Kindergarten and wanted Max to come with her. While waiting for Max to be born we were having trouble deciding on a name and Olivia said she wanted to name her baby brother Max. Their joyful loving nature and cheerful smiles will be forever embedded into our memories. Olivia and Max are survived by their parents, Ryan and Anna Rodenberg, paternal grandparents, Shawn (Angie) Rodenberg, Debra Rodenberg; Maternal grandparents, Randy (Rose) Brimeyer; paternal great grandparents, Marvin (Wilma) Rodenberg; maternal great grandparents Gloria Lehman and Earl (LaVonne) Brimeyer and many other relatives and friends.
