Pamela Jean Voshell

Obituary Pamela Jean Voshell, age 74, of Guttenberg, IA, died Monday, August 16, 2021, at Edgewood Convalescent Home. She was born on October 18, 1946 in Dubuque, IA, the daughter of Merton and Beverly (Welsh) Cole. On December 31, 1971, Pam was united in marriage with Arvid "Bud" Voshell and this union blessed them with 3 children, Ronald, Lori & Jada. Together they lived in Iowa and New York where Pam worked as an educator for individuals with mental disabilities. Pam enjoyed fishing, camping, gambling and playing cards. Pam and Bud also enjoyed traveling the country, dancing and spending time with their children and grandchildren. Pam entered heaven ahead of her 3 children; Jada (Todd Kephart) Mitchell, Ronald (Tracy) Battin, Lori (Kevin Prichard); grandchildren, Emilee Battin, Hunter & Alexis Harbaugh, Nicole (Dustin) Helmricks, James (Abby) Caston, Chris Caston, Ryanne Prichard, Sidney Prichard & Sawyer Prichard; several great grandchildren; sister, Rita Glawe and many other relatives and friends. Pam was preceded in death by her parents; husband and sister Linda Cole.
