Patricia Willenbring

Earlville, IOWA Patricia Y. Willenbring, 81, of Earlville died Saturday, April 18, 2015, at home surrounded by her family. Friends may call from 2:00 - 8:00 p.m. Monday April 20, 2015, at the Kramer Funeral Home, 750 12th Ave SW in Dyersville, where a parish vigil service will be held at 7:00 p.m. A visitation will also be held Tuesday from 9:00 - 10:00 a.m. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, April 21, at St. Francis Xavier Basilica in Dyersville with burial in the church cemetery. Rev. Jeffery Dole will officiate. Pat's nine grandchildren will be her pallbearers. Patricia was born January 11, 1934, in Cashton, WI, the daughter of Harold and Agnes (Schumacher) Jacobson. She graduated from Cashton High School. She married Curtis Hendricks on June 9, 1953. They had five children before he passed away in 1966. She married Alvin Wegmann on August 12, 1967. After his passing she married Leroy "Sal" Willenbring on December 29, 1979, in Earlville, IA, at St. Joseph's Catholic Church. She was devoted to her family; cooking baking, and sewing were some of the things she did to enrich their lives. She loved to play cards, listen to polka and country music, and dance. Her grandchildren and great grandchildren brought her special happiness. Pat is survived by her husband, Sal; her children, Carolyn Bickford, of Le Mars, IA; Connie (Bob) Chronowski of Monticello, IA; Dale (Betsy) Hendricks of Readstown, WI; Linda (Lennie) Lewin of Earlville, IA; Dean (Peggy) Hendricks of Oelwein, IA; step children, Patti (Ron) Kruse of Dyersville; Gary (Wendy) Wegmann of Greeley, IA; Linda (Jean Luc) Servat of Mill Valley, CA; Jane (Paul) Stolt of Bella Vista, AR; 9 grandchildren, Jay (Miranda) Bickford; Drew (Alison) Bickford; Curtis (Dawn Grinnell) Chronowski; Heidi (Todd Hilzendager) Chronowski; Nicholas Hendricks, Amanda (Joe) Fontaine; Mandy (Jared Murray) Reed; Adam (Amy) Hendricks; Jodi (Cody) Webb, 3 step grandchildren, Kim (Jeff) Deutmeyer; Cory Kruse; Kristi (Greg) Timmerman, 11 great grandchildren; siblings Jean (Loras) Demmer, Dee Hansen; Avy Widner, Alta (George) Buehl, Gary (Diane) Jacobson; Alan Jacobson; and Diane Koebler. She was preceded in death by her parents, two husbands - Curtis Hendricks and Alvin Wegmann, grandson Luke Lewin, brother David Jacobson, son-in-law Daniel Bickford, stepson Chuck Wegmann, and several brothers-in-law.
