Rickey Mclane

Private memorial services will be held at Kramer Funeral Home in Dyersville, Iowa. Survivors include his parents, Stanley and Betty McLane of Dyersville, a son, Jess (Angie) McLane of Clinton, a daughter, Tricia (Daniel) Webb of Kansas, three grandchildren and three step-grandchildren, a very special friend, Karen (Kandy) Martin, three sisters: Lou Ann Habel (Cavin Grady) of Bettendorf, Shar (Luke) Boeckenstedt of Dyersville, and Cindy (Joe) Burdt of Dubuque, a brother, Kevin (Jessica) of Cedar Park, Texas and several nieces and nephews, and a large family of friends in Texas. He was preceded in death by a son, David in 1992. Rick was born on Aug. 8, 1952, in Garber, the son of Stanley and Betty (Meyer) McLane. He graduated from Western Dubuque High School in 1970. Rick was a self-employed contractor in Leander. He moved to Texas in the late 1980s. Rick was an avid NASCAR fan and enjoyed fishing and refinishing woodwork. A memorial fund has been established in Rick's name.
