Ronald James Lake

Obituary Ronald James Lake, age 59, of Luxemburg, IA, died Monday, February 19, 2018. He was born on November 8, 1958, in Dubuque, IA, the son of Milton and Agatha (Steffen) Lake. Ronald received his education from the Western Dubuque School where he graduated with the class of 1977. After school, Ronald worked for Ertl Toy Company and All American Homes both in Dyersville and then for the past 15 years, Ronald worked for Eursest in part with John Deere in Dubuque. Ronald had a passion for old cars especially Ford Mustangs. He was an avid Miami Dolphins fans and enjoyed going for walks with his dog Jack. Those left to cherish Rons memory include two brothers, Eugene (Becky) Lake and Randy Lake; nieces, Shelly (Randy) Williams, Angela (Andrew) Lemke; nephew, Kevin (Colleen) Klein; great nieces and nephews, Kayla, Lucas & Landon Williams, Chloe & Brynlee Klein and many other relatives and friends. Ronald was preceded in death by his parents and sister, Shirley Klein.
