Ronald James Wenger

Ronald James Wenger age 68, of Elkport, IA, died Sunday, October 4, 2009, at his residence in Elkport, IA, following a brief illness. He was born the son of Kenneth and Marybelle (Joslin) Wenger on September 13, 1941 in West Union, Iowa. Ronald spent his early life growing up in the Elkader area. For many years Ronald worked as a welder. He enjoyed spending time with his family and friends. Those left to cherish his memory are, four children, Charlotte (Jim) Gudenkauf of Wyoming, IA Kevin (Sherry) Wenger of Monticello, IA, Kenny (Angie) Wenger of Anamosa, IA and Jeanette Weeks of Monticello, IA; ten grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren and one on the way; two sisters, Carol (Larry) Adams of Cedar Rapids, IA, Laurie Wenger of Elkader; one brother Dave (Michelle) Wenger of Cedar Rapids, IA; one sister in law-Reva Sparks of Bullhead City, Ariz.
