Rose Holub

Rose was born on August 11, 1906 in the family home in Linn County the daughter of Wesley & Mary Pisarik Lawrence. She married Raymond Holub who preceded her in death in 1941, then she later married Harry Holub in 1947, he preceded her in death in 1997. She and her husband farmed in the Prairieburg community until their retirement in 1966, in which they moved to Monticello. She is survived by her two sons: Jerry (Barb) Holub of Cascade and Arnie of Monticello. Six grandchildren: Diane (Gene) Kula, Sheryl (Scott) Snyder, Alan (Sherryl) Holub, Daniel Holub (his friend Steve Hubbard) Lance (Colleen) Holub and Angie (Paul) Kronlage. 11 Great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents, husbands one son Delbert, and two brothers Emil and Ed Lawrence and one sister Ann Petrick.
