Roy O. Harmon Jr., 66 of Dyersville, Iowa died Monday, June 16, 2014 at University of Iowa Hospitals & Clinics, Iowa City, Iowa. A private memorial service was held among close friends and family on Friday, June 20, 2014. Roy was born September 6, 1947 in Natrona Heights, Pennsylvania, the son of Roy and Lois (Nolf) Harmon. Survivors include his children: David Harmon of Chicago, IL, and Benjamin Harmon of Baltimore, MD, one brother, Thomas (Judy) Harmon and a sister, Sandy (Jack) Marketta of Tampa, FL, and a very special friend, Patricia Steger of Dyersville, IA.
