Survivors include 3 daughters; Wendee Rush of Axtel, Neb., Tammy (Jim) Sullivan of Mather, Calif., and Jonye (Carl) Simpson of Denver, Colo.; a son, Bill (Denise) Phillips of Smith Center, Kan.; 5 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren; 2 brother: Bob (Bernice) Like and Kenny (Marlene) Like, both of Monticello, IA and 2 sisters; Jeanne McElmeel of Monticello and Edna (Leonard "Mitch") Rauch-Mitchell of Apache Junction, AZ and many nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her husband and 2 sisters: Mary (Bob) Pearson and Laura (Jack) Ehlts. Sally was born November 25, 1938 in Prairieburg, Iowa the daughter of Ray and Lillian (Ambuehl) Like. Sally married George Francis Prahl on December 23, 1966 in Seguin, Texas. He preceded her in death on June 6, 1990. She was a Secretary for Perks RV Sales in Apache Junction, Arizona. Sally lived in Mesa, Ariz. For 36 years and moved back to Monticello in 1999. Friends may call from 10:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, January 3, 2007 at the Kramer Funeral Home in Monticello where the funeral service will commence at 2:00 p.m.
