Tammy Hoffman

Obituary Tammy Hoffman, age 63, of Garnavillo, IA, passed away Wednesday, October 26, 2022, at the Guttenberg Care Center. She was born on August 1, 1959 in Dubuque, IA, the daughter of Norbert and Rita Glawe. Tammy graduated high school in 1977 from Central in Elkader, IA. She worked numerous jobs throughout the years, her most recent being Scenic Acres, where she worked as a CMA for many years. She enjoyed spending time with family, putting puzzles together, having family game nights (she could take on anyone in Scrabble), and fishing with her sisters. Tammy will be forever loved and cherished by her 3 children, Travis (Heather) Phelan, Corey (Michelle Wilde) Hoffman & Tia (Dirk Bode) Hoffman & 8 grandchildren, Sophia, Hadyn, Kynick, Kambree, Gracie, Amiyah, Keely mother, Rita Glawe; 3 siblings, Sue (Rick) Hansel, Kathy Bahls, Troy Glawe; and many other family and friends. Tammy was preceded in death by her father Norbert Glawe, maternal grandparents Bev and Ervin Helm, grandfather Merton Cole, paternal grandparents William and Laura Glawe, and many aunts and uncles.
