Todd Wilker

A private family inurnment will be at a later date. Todd Alan Wilker, age 53, of Garnavillo, IA, died Monday, February 15, 2016, at the Guttenberg Municipal Hospital. He was born on December 4, 1962, in Prairie du Chien Wis, the son of Kenneth and Gaye (Frye) Wilker. Todd grew up in California where he received his education. He later moved back to Iowa where he spent over 15 years working for Roverud Construction. Todd enjoyed fishing, riding horses, clamming and diving in the Mississippi River where he searched for treasures. Todd has a passion for fossils. He collected fossils throughout his life and as a rock crusher operator, he even stopped production occasionally to prevent a unique fossilized rock from being destroyed which was added to his collection. Todd will be forever loved and cherished by his mother Gaye; children, Tyler (Ashley), Tait and Katherine;grandchildren, Gage and Grace Wilker; longtime companion, Linda Horstman; siblings, Stacy (Dan) Fowler and Scott Wilker and many other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his father Kenneth. In Lieu of flowers and all styles of sympathy, a memorial fund has been established and any contributionsmay be sent to P.O.
