Vera Patrick

Vera (Minger) Patrick, age 87, of Guttenberg, died Saturday, June 29, 2013, at Guttenberg Care Center. She was born the daughter of Albert and Blanch (Penhollow) Minger, February 17, 1926, in Guttenberg. Vera graduated from the Guttenberg High School, taught country school, worked for Muters Co Original Enders Co. for 8 years and was a homemaker for many years. On Nov, 11, 1946 she was saved. On November 18, 1947, she was united with Gene Patrick at his parents home near Osterdock. She is survived by her husband Gene; one Sister, Opal Dean of Fort Dodge; one sister in law-Peggy Minger of Guttenberg; one brother-in-law, Charles Moser of Gunder; nieces, nephews, Denny (Tami) Dean, Doug (Dawn) Dean, Barbara Dean, Elizabeth Dean, Jane (Bryce) Kreager, Bill (Sandra) Moser, and Susan (Steven) Rausch; and many great-nieces, nephews and friends.
